Do you know your primary dosha and would like to know how to best nourish yourself? Here is a list of general guidelines as composed by the Ayurvedic Institute. What you'll find is a long list of foods divided into categories. For each food listed, it is either considered "favorable" for a dosha, meaning it will agree with your system, or it is considered "aggravating" for a dosha, meaning it most likely will not agree with your system. Remember, this is a loose structure and probably everybody experiences exceptions here and there. My best advice is to follow the guidelines generally.
