Many of you have shared with me the challenge of making a healthy dinner on weeknights. Allow me to lighten your load! My meals are freshly prepared, nutrient-rich, organic, typically gluten- and dairy-free, and Ayurvedic in nature. This service is available for local clients only; delivery possible depending on location.

Learning how to nourish your unique constitution following Ayurvedic principles leads to balanced doshas, strong digestive fire, healthy tissues and proper formation of waste. Ayurvedic principles are easy to understand and can be applied to any cuisine or palate. 

In our session you will learn how to best incorporate the six tastes of Ayurveda into your diet and cooking. We'll create a weekly menu plan and shopping list so that you are well-prepared to feed your way into good health.
