This is a purely Ayurvedic retreat, designed to positively rejuvenate you over the course of a long weekend. Retreat includes daily yoga and meditation, Ayurvedic meals and cooking instruction, hiking in Saguaro National Park, skin and body treatments, and plenty of relaxation at our beautiful hotel, the JTH Tucson.
